Robert F. Carlin II has nearly forty years of experience in defending insurers and their insureds, and is well versed in insurance law and regulation, claims and coverage evaluation, contract negotiation/drafting and corporate governance. He has practiced in upstate and downstate courts, and successfully perfected and argued appeals in the Appellate Division, Second and Fourth Departments.
