Jamie T. Packer has nearly 30 years of experience as a litigator in the areas of insurance defense and coverage, with particular emphasis on New York State Labor Law, construction and General Liability. Jamie has extensive experience handling complex, large loss claims from inception to trial, as well as appeals. Jamie has prepared numerous appellate briefs and has argued before the Appellate Division's First and Second Departments. He has also mediated dozens of cases to resolution at private mediation companies in New York, including NAM, JAMS and Resolute. Jamie has conducted seminars for clients and insurance companies on various topics, including New York City Administrative Code Section 7-210 (the "Sidewalk Law").
