Marissa Ottavio's primary focus is on defense litigation including general liability and personal injury. She is an ardent advocate for her clients during every element of litigation including discovery, hearings, motions, oral arguments, depositions and conferences. Ms. Ottavio began her legal career in 2015 working for one of the founders of the current Article 81, Guardianship law. While employed full-time, she earned her Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2017. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Ottavio represented injured parties in the five boroughs of New York, western Long Island and at Riker’s Island at a recognized plaintiff's personal injury firm
