Jason I. Gomes practices within various areas of civil litigation, including automobile negligence, construction accidents, General Liability, property damage and insurance coverage, handling such cases from inception through trial. As a law student, Jason was a senior member on the Hofstra Moot Court Association and was awarded the Ruskin, Moscou, Faltischeck, P.C. Trial Advocacy Award for his accomplishments as an advocate before the bench.
