Lara Liotti currently focuses on defending general liability, premises liability, and automobile liability claims. She has also successfully perfected appeals in the First and Second Departments of the Appellate Division of New York State, as well as an appeal in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Prior to joining Nicoletti Spinner Ryan Gulino Pinter LLP, Lara defended the boards of cooperatives, condominiums, and homeowner associations against claims of discrimination and violations of governing documents.
