Kara Nelson is a active litigator who handles a variety of general liability actions, including motor vehicle accidents, premise liability, property damage, and labor law claims. Her work includes all aspects of the case from inception through trial and appeals. With experience in litigating for both plaintiffs and defendants she has developed a unique perspective which gives her a competitive edge on handling all matters.
