Marcus Lee

Marcus Lee has defended property owners, contractors, construction companies and other business entities for the past four years against various claims for personal injury, property damage, breach of contract and construction defect claims. This practice includes claims arising under New York State Labor Law. Marcus has appeared for oral argument before Justices in all five counties in New York City. Additionally, Mr. Lee has significant trial experience, including trying cases through to jury verdict. Prior to his work as a litigator, Mr. Lee was a judicial extern for a New York State Supreme Court Justice. Mr. Lee is proficient in Portuguese.
